July 27, 2004 — Kore Technologies today
signed an OEM software agreement with IBM becoming an
official business partner and IBM U2 Systems Integrator.
This agreement enables Kore to deliver their enterprise
integration, business automation, and custom
solutions bundled with IBM U2
products. Kore's
extensive experience with
MultiValue databases (spanning
the earliest Microdata systems to IBM U2) and Kore's successful track record of building integrated
business systems were key factors in forming
this partnership. Kore's
applications operate on multiple databases including: IBM U2,
Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and many versions of
MultiValue. This
partnership enables Kore to market turnkey solutions,
which bundle Kore applications with IBM U2 products,
to companies new to IBM U2 technology or companies
who wish to upgrade their MultiValue environment to IBM U2. Kore
will provide application and technology support to
these clients.
"We are very excited to be an IBM
Business Partner. This will provide many new
opportunities for Kore Technologies and enable us to
expand our client base in new directions," said
Keith Lambert, vice president of marketing and
business development for Kore Technologies. "Partnering with
IBM allows us to deliver the most comprehensive solutions
to our clients with single-source support for
applications and technology."
Kore's Kourier
product provides enterprise integration and business
automation solutions that seamlessly connect
best-in-class products with IBM U2 applications.
This includes: Customer
Relationship Management (CRM), Decision Support
Systems (DSS), Product Data Management (PDM), and
