Overview
Our unique Mercado program lowers
your total cost of ownership for product enhancements.
Instead of the high cost of implementing new DataFlo
releases just to get a few product improvements you need
(and many you don’t) you will have access to targeted
enhancements that will have an immediate impact on your
business operations and provide a measurable return on your
investment. You will be able to collaborate with other
Mercado
members on common product enhancement requests and
participate in shared development projects, or purchase
previously developed enhancements from our product library
at a substantial discount.
Mercado Membership
You may choose to work with other Mercado members to define
product enhancements to the
supported software or create new custom software. Kore
will facilitate the process by helping members collaborate
and manage the project. If you choose
to participate in an enhancement project, the cost to
develop the enhancement will be shared by those Mercado
members participating in that project.
KSP members that do not participate in the original funding of a project may still purchase the enhancement at a 40% discount
from the list price.
Mercado Software
The
Mercado Software Library
lists each enhancement currently available for DataFlo. Software
developed under the Mercado program will typically have
specific requirements for IBM U2 database and DataFlo
release levels, and possibly other prerequisites. As a Mercado
member you may purchase previously development enhancements, additional
programming for installation and customization is quoted
separately.
Availability
Kore's depth of
knowledge and experience with past and present
releases of DataFlo allows us to support virtually any configuration of
DataFlo software and hardware. Please call us if you have a
unique configuration not listed here that requires support.
