• SQL Accelerator incorporated into Kourier Integrator for U2 Web Interface
  • Supports Microsoft SQL Server 2008
  • The capabilities of the stand-alone SQL Accelerator are now in the Web interface
  • New interface provides an integrated development environment for SQL Server projects
  • Only SSIS package generation will be supported in the new Web interface. The stand-alone Windows-based SQL Accelerator product will continue to be available for clients who wish to generate DTS packages
• Improved SQL Accelerator SSIS Package Build and Batch Generation
  • Build SSIS packages for multiple data exports with just a few mouse clicks
  • Select one or more export specifications to process from a list that can be filtered by integration and data file
  • Individual SSIS packages can also be generated directly from each export specification
  • Packages generation no longer requires a data sample first, simplifying and speeding up the process of generating or re-generating one or more packages
• Faster Full Refresh Processing of SQL Server Tables
  • Package update processing truncates tables when possible instead of doing row deletes, significantly improving performance of full refresh data exports to SQL Server. This works for both SSIS and DTS packages
  • Transaction log sizes are reduced providing additional performance gains
• Data Export and Import Statistics Tracked to Support Data Reconciliation
  • View data export and run time statistics for each MultiValue file processed
  • Data Import and run time statistics recorded for each SSIS Package and SQL table processed
  • Export / Import results and statistics for each file processed enable data reconciliation for the number of rows exported, the number of rows imported to SQL, and number of errors
• User-Defined Formulas for Data Export Fields
  • Each field on a data export specification can include a user-defined formula
  • Formulas use standard BASIC syntax as special Kourier Integrator properties and variables
  • Perform data manipulation and calculations without creating complex dictionaries
• Improved Testing Workbench for Data Exports
  • New option to display data in native MultiValue format, showing all delimiters (i.e., multi-value, sub-value)
  • Data output view simplifies data exploration and analysis, and makes it easier to find bad data
• Other Notable Enhancements
  • The application menus have been reorganized for improved workflow
  • User Comments can be entered for each field on an Export Specification
  • Column sorting improved in the Export Specification listing
  • Reorder capability added to the Event Notification line item section
  • A “Save As” capability is available when defining E-Mail templates
  • SQL Accelerator SSIS configuration files can be edited within the Web interface
  • Improved system management of temporary system files (e.g., KT_IOTEMP)
  • User Interface framework upgraded to ASP.NET 2.0
  • On-line help has been expanded and improved
