company. webTeam for IT allows your team to
enter internal IT or help desk requests using
a web-based application and then have those requests
automatically assigned to the appropriate
IT staff member for action and resolution. For
requests that require additional tasks or more
resources, you can create a project from a
request using pre-defined templates that include
specific tasks, team members, roles, and
attachments. The Integrated project/task management
capabilities can be used stand-alone or integrated with request forms acting as workflow
triggers. Using webTeam for IT, it's much
easier to collaborate on requests or projects
because everyone can view and track the progress through
to completion. In addition, everyone is
empowered to manage their data and update
progress for requests or assigned tasks in
real-time. It's easy to attach notes, attachments, and
e-mails to a request or project, so everyone on the team can easily
review all documentation and see the complete
history, and new team members can get
up-to-speed more quickly too.
Keeping up with day-to-day changes and
communicating change to the right people has

notifications to specific team members using
