User-Defined & Controlled Fields
|
User-Defined Fields
|
webTeam
allows you to create codes and
descriptions that make sense for your
company, department, or team. Here
are some examples:
 |
Project Task Type (Rework, QA, etc.) |
 |
Task
Disposition (New, Hold, etc.) |
 |
Task
Priority (High, Medium, Low) |
 |
Task
Assignment Role (Analyst, etc.) |
 |
Request Disposition (Accept, Reject) |
 |
Request Priority (Critical, High) |
 |
Request Type (Problem, Training) |
|
|
Because every company uses different
terminology, webTeam allows you to set up your own
values for controlled fields within requests,
tasks, and projects such as: categories,
priorities, types, and dispositions.
Each of these user-defined data sets are unique
for each business unit or department using
webTeam. This allows each group to define codes
and use terminology that is specific to them.
In addition, new fields can be defined for your
company’s unique implementation.
